Recently I experienced a failure of my boat lift motor with my pontoon on the lift. The lift came with our property purchase and unfortunately the emergency crank was no where to be found. I called lakeside first thing Monday morning and spoke to Rory. He was informative on possible fixes but also without pressure provided alternative options. We ultimately decided to upgrade the motor and cable system, all of which Rory and Lakeside were able to do the same day. I cannot express how great the customer service was and the labor they provided. I will be using them from here on out for service and product purchases. I HIGHLY recommend lakeside dock and lift.
