I had an amazing experience. Christina and Sam did my services and they were seriously the sweetest women that made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time! My facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and the pedicure polish is so nice! My haircut looks amazing and I even found new hair products to use! The pricing was comparable to other places I have looked.
5 stars for my actual service and technician, it was fantastic-I had a hydrating facial. However, I was pretty disappointed in the facilities and service. This is a very nice resort, expensive with a high end vibe. But the Spa…..there is nothing high end except for the price. They need a complete overhaul of the spa. It is not a place where you’d want to hang out and relax to use the amenities.
They have some cute products in their waiting area- for locals they have some lululemon staples (nice find) and nice products for your skin.
Not bad for a day trip. Thought it was rather cheap only coffee and tea was provided if you were having a "treatment done" aka a massage, nothing really grand about that, but overall it was nice experience throughout the day. The Spa has a hotub, steam room, and sauna. The steam room was WAY TOO HOT. You could not be in there for more than a few minutes...sauna was just right and was quite enjoyable. Hot tub was great as well, though I was not a big fan of the "clothing optional" aspect of it...even if it was the women's locker room.Pool was very nice.
