I have taken yoga from Cherie for 18 years. She is amazing. She tailors each class to our needs that day. Cherie works on relaxation, breathing, stretching, muscle strengthening, and awareness. I look forward to every session. I leave feeling so relaxed and content. Cherie is a superb yoga teacher. I owe my flexibility at 69 to her. Thank you, Cherie!

Wonderful teacher who studied with Iyangar. We've gone to her off and on since 2002 I think. Her style is prescriptive addressing issues any of us have that week plus very adaptive to your ability. I could not recommend this place higher!
