Conner and Frank did an amazing job demoing a bathroom and some plaster walls in our house! They were very respectful, surprisingly quiet, extremely careful and cleaned up afterwards. This was hard work and they did a Great job! We’ll be using Servpro again soon, as we move through our projects. In addition , Eric the estimator was also nice and very informative as well!

Water pipes froze and then burst, right during the coldest days of January. The Servpro team came in a flash, and made that terrible, watery disaster, amazingly better. Chelsea and Alex were especially INCREDIBLE! Forever grateful for the time, care, and hard work on behalf of our home. THANK YOU!

This experience was beyond unacceptable. From poor communication to careless behavior, it felt like professionalism was completely optional here. The breaking point? A worker was explicitly told the water was shut off and still used the bathroom, resulting in the toilet being clogged with feces and left that way. No warning. No cleanup. No accountability. Just walked away like that was somehow normal. Calls and messages afterward went unanswered. When I finally did get a response, it was excuses instead of solutions. The lack of respect for the property was shocking, and the attitude afterward made it even worse. Between the chaos, the mess, and the complete absence of responsibility, this was an infuriating experience from start to finish. One star is generous, and only because zero isn’t an option.

The ERP is a free and incredibly valuable resource for our facility. It clearly identifies critical information, such as the location of the main water shutoff, so that if a team member is on duty during an emergency, they can respond quickly and confidently. Everything throughout the hotel is clearly labeled, making it easy to locate essential systems and equipment when time matters most.
Hannah consistently goes above and beyond. She checks in with us regularly to ensure everything is up to date and to answer any questions we may have. We received both a physical binder and a digital copy of the ERP, and the binder is organized with a wealth of useful, easy-to-follow information tailored specifically to our property.
I highly recommend reaching out to Hannah to set up an ERP for your facility. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and ongoing support make the process seamless and extremely worthwhile.

Servpro will not allow the restoration of the original flooring by the original vendor (less than 18 months old), despite being unable to provide the same product. By using the second vendor for only a portion of the job, Servpro cancelled the entire restoration. Servpro only wants large jobs and 100% of the work. Working with you for the best outcome is not an option. You may need to try and alternate restoration vendor.

We had water damage on our main floor bathroom and bedroom and also in the lower level bathroom and bedroom. Serve-pro was recommended by a friend and I'm glad we went with this service. The individual who answered my call was polite, contacted someone, and got back to us within 20 minutes. They were on-site quickly and removed damaged materials, then setting up fans and filters to dry out damaged area. They are now in the process of working with our insurance company to help us get a fair assessment of our damages. I would highly recommend this service to help during a stressful time similar to the one we are experiencing.

Starting with people on the phone, my experience with ServPro, my first, has been exceptional. I wanted to particularly call out the young men who have come out multiple times now to bring, take back, bring, and then come back to enhance the flighted part of my basement. They were all wonderful communication people, let me know they were coming in advance and we’re in and out very quickly. Congratulations on your hiring. My son works for TruGreen in Colorado and I think is probably the same age as some of your guys and I know how much customer service is important with any job in a house.

Eric was the the manager of our fuel oil spill project. He did an excellant job comunicating with us on what was going to happen, gave us an estimate, which came in under the quote. The crew did excellant work, the area they worked on was in better condition when they finished than it was prior to the fuel oil spill. They aired out the entire basement, which turned out to have no fuel oil smell when completed. I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone and we will definately use them again if needed. THANK YOU SERVPRO.
