My son (age 12) needed a post-quarantine haircut and of course safety was on the top of my list when choosing where to take him. I was so incredibly impressed with Jasmine's attention to detail in the health and safety of their customers. Everyone was masked, limited customers and stylists in the space (only 10 people there when we were there), closed waiting room, quick payment and service, and a wonderful haircut on top of it all! Of course, we will come back again and again. Highly recommend!

I stopped in while shopping in Lake Geneva. Lourdes did a fabulous job cleaning up my blunt bob. She took extra time to make sure it was even and exactly what I wanted. I appreciated her kindness and that she wanted to do a great job even though I would not be a repeat customer as I was visiting from Illinois.

Worst Pedicure experience! Aveda needs to know. The basin for my feet was dirty. The chair was a mile off the floor and I happen to be 5'3" not 6 feet so a little struggle there. Oh, did I mention it's not a massage chair? Really? The chair to my right had a "broken" sign on it and both chairs on either side of me were absolutely filthy. Like want to gag, dirty. The towels used to wrap me feet for this $60 "signature" pedi were old and frayed and lukewarm. I find less fault with the person doing the pedicure. She tried but seemed slightly inexperienced.
