Total disregard for the community and the historic significance of the structures within it. Tore down the historic Swift (Chicago meat packing family) mansion without even trying to save any of the architectural elements. All for a new development. We were looking at using them for another home, but will not.
Aside from being a destroyer of America's history on Lake Geneva, it's disappointing to see the lack of consideration for architectural salvage when this developer demolishes perfectly functional homes.
Builders of claptraps, cheap materials, hideous design. No respect for history or the environment. They are destroying the beauty and sanctity of Lake Geneva.
