The nail salons in Lake Geneva have really gone downhill, especially this one. I came in for a pedicure and it was very obvious the man I got had no idea what he was doing. He cut one of my big toe nails down so short that he clipped some of the skin with it. He then proceeded to cut my other toe nails at weird angles and don’t even get me started on the filing, it was so bad I had to ask another lady if she can fix them and she was trying to tell me everything looked fine which it did not. My toenails have never looked and felt this bad and the worst part is when I started complaining, they started speaking in their language so I could not understand them. I was originally going to get a manicure too but decided I did not want them touching my finger nails. I did have gel polish on them which I asked to be removed and I wish I went somewhere else for that because the lady who removed the gel did not wrap them with acetone first, she just grinded the polish off and now my finger nails are so thin. I do not recommend this place at all.
