My visit on Aug 28, 2023 was a mix of "Great!" w/ Ashley and Dr. Limberg and sadly "NOT great" w/ Karen, the hygienist. Second time there and 1st time meeting them all for a new patient intake plus cleaning. Ashley was a superstar in my book - super personable, kind and considerate as she took my impressions/Xrays and pictures - she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Limberg was patient, kind and professional - I really liked her vision for my future care and the time she spent listening to my story. My husband had a cracked tooth and saw Dr Kerri Mcgrail. She examined him, took X-rays and told him he needed to have the remaining tooth removed and recommended an implant or a bridge. I talked to the doctor on the phone the next day to get clarification as this would be our 1st implant or bridge and we agreed an implant was likely the best path. He went to a specialist in Kenosha to have his tooth removed and the implant done. After it healed he returned to Dr Mcgrail for the crown and to start on other dental work she had recommended. I called a few days ago to make an appointment for a tooth that was giving me some issues.I spent nearly 10 minutes on the phone w/receptionist describing the complete situation. Of course the most important question was, "Do you still have the same insurance?" Yes, of course and I would like an appointment as soon as possible. The dentist I was previously assigned could not see me till Friday. I said, well, I can check with my dentist in Kenosha. The response was, "Oh no, let me see if another dentist has time to see you."
