I had an appointment in October but because my mom had to go to the ER, I cancelled my appointment. I called to reschedule Sami's cell phone and left a message on the salon voicemail as well. No response. Can't return phone calls? That is extremely poor customer service. I'll take my business and my rather large tips... elsewhere.

Horrible representation of the brand. Two middle aged women came out and hollered at two college girls for backing up into a parking spot ( it would have been more unsafe to try to park in the direction of the slots) then were quickly ready to accuse the girls of not using any of the businesses inside of the building. Honestly imagine if the girls were actually there to use their service, and that is how they get treated in the parking lot. I get it, tourists come in and park then walk around but come on, there were much nicer ways to go about it. Not to mention it seems like this has happened in the past.

Mellisa was amazing! I felt so comfortable talking with her and she took her time. She helped me decide what to do for my hair, and did a great consultation. I love my hair cut! I've been to tons of salons/spas in the area over the past 10 years and none of them compared to the service and quality I received from her! I will most definitely be coming back!

Melissa was a 10/10! Super kind, super friendly! I’ve went to quite a few hair salons and I will 100% say she is the best I’ve EVER been to! The atmosphere was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone was so kind and caring. Definitely will be coming back again and again!Services: Bang trim

I parked in the right lot to go to the right business. I was yelled at for backing into the spot. Some middle aged lady from this business comes out and aggressively informs me I have to "fix this" in reference to my parking. I was shocked someone in customer service would come off so aggressive and unwelcoming to potential customers.

They verbally abused a car full of teenagers because we backed into the parking spot (i guess this isn't allowed?) Middle aged woman who was working came outside looking like she wanted to fight. We didn't do anything to provoke them but they became so angry.
