Brad always answers the phone quickly, or calls you right back, and is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was over the next day, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed by early afternoon. Can't say enough good stuff about this guy!

Brad from Walter Dale came over and fixed my furnace. He diagnosed the individual part that was malfunctioning and ended up saving me a huge amount of money versus a replacement. His honesty and integrity are awesome and I highly recommend him.

Arrived when promised. Quickly figured out why our furnace was not working and also found that the faulty part was under warranty. Returned with new part when promised and had our furnace working great. We will definitely call on him again if needed.
