The Team at American Heating And Air Plus are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! They installed two Navien thankless hot-water heaters. The plumbing looks GREAT, not some amateur-looking work. Special kudos to Josh, who oversaw everything, as well as installing the heaters! I trust American Heating with all my plumbing and HVAC needs!
Vic, Shannon, Jack, Josh, and the rest of the American Heating and Air crew were a pleasure to work with. There were obstacles encountered during the install process, but the team provided five star customer service (during a very busy time) as they worked through them and got things to a final and final and fully functional state, including troubleshooting and replacing of the existing thermostat that was causing issues.
