***UPDATE***I spoke to the owner, Vick and he is an upstanding guy. After a conversation with him and the unfortunate circumstance surrounding my service call, he is taking steps to rectify the matter. I will definitely give American Heating and Air Plus another opportunity in the future for my HVAC needs as Vick made it apparent he is running a customer-centric company where customer satisfaction is their goal. If you've had American Heating and Air out and the service wasn't to your satisfaction, don't do what I did; instead, give them a call and they will make it right.Their tech Chris came out same day on May 31st which was great but he was most definitely in rush...read full review

They went above and beyond! After my plumber accidentally cut my neighbor’s Freon line for their air conditioner, we frantically called around the area trying to find someone to help. Vic, Chris and the team at American Heating said they would make a special trip for us that same day. When an extra day was needed to resolve the issue, they brought in a temporary AC unit so my neighbor’s place would stay comfortable for them in the heat. This company is just awesome! My ancient central air unit decided to die on me on over the weekend. I went into panic mode thinking about the cost to replace it. Since I’m on a limited budget I decided to take the DIY approach. When I found the problem American heating and air sold me the parts I needed at a great price. Not one HVAC service company would ever help out a DIYer like myself. The owner of the company even stayed late so I could pick up the part. To top it all off he made sure I was taking the proper safety precautions installing a high voltage capacitor. This company truly cares about their customers and community.
