Vic came within a half hour of calling diagnosed what was wrong and got a warranty replacement part ordered (on a furnace he DID NOT INSTALL) Honest and fast- what more can you ask?When the part came in Mike arrived exactly on time and completed the work super duper fast. They are my new hvac people

Great experience with them and use them annually for a hvac check and cleaning! They do a thorough job, arrive on time and are professional and all for a great price. Highly recommend!

***UPDATE***I spoke to the owner, Vick and he is an upstanding guy. After a conversation with him and the unfortunate circumstance surrounding my service call, he is taking steps to rectify the matter. I will definitely give American Heating and Air Plus another opportunity in the future for my HVAC needs as Vick made it apparent he is running a customer-centric company where customer satisfaction is their goal. If you've had American Heating and Air out and the service wasn't to your satisfaction, don't do what I did; instead, give them a call and they will make it right.Their tech Chris came out same day on May 31st which was great but he was most definitely in rush...read full review
