Using Titan Heating & Air Conditioning was a very pleasant experience. Jack and his partner were both very professional and had a lot of expertise. They made sure I understood what repairs were needed for my boiler, ordered the part right away and left me with some space heaters just in case the part didn't arrive before the weekend. They returned two days later to repair the hot water heater. I couldn't have asked for more - they deserve more than 5 stars!

We have not had any trouble scheduling with Titan Heating & Air Conditioning any time we needed our A/C services. Their technicians have always been patient and kind and explained things to us after they completed work. Sadly our A/C decided it was time to go and needed to be replaced.The installers did an excellent job and worked hard getting the A/C replaced so that my family could be comfortable during this summer heat. I also do recommend enrolling in the Cozy Club as that has saved us a bunch of money for repairs.The company has also gone above and beyond in my opinion. They called us and found out she was in the hospital and sent out a card with the install team...read full review

The tech did an amazing job replacing our furnaces and air conditioning units. The specialist was very professional, polite and efficient. I knew when he left that we would have no problems with the units, and we didn't. They embody what I envision as true professional services! 5 stars all the way.
