Hot yoga in LaCrosse
Rootdown Yoga is the perfect place, been practicing yoga since the 90s and hot yoga for most of it started with Bikram. Then hot vinyasa which is taught at Rootdown mostly, and with the many outstanding teachers at the studio you’re not going to be disappointed. LaCrosse is truly blessed with a wonderful studio to practice yoga.
Root Down has an amazing group of teachers that are very welcoming and delighted that you are with them in the studio! The teachers are very knowledgeable and encouraging in their practice!
I’ve been practicing hot yoga for 12 years now. All here except for 5-1/2 years in Chicago. Sorry Core Power Yoga, no comparison! Root Down yoga is hands down is the most welcoming, amazing instructors and fellow yogi’s. Young, old, female and male. The energy and unison breathing will have you hooked.
