I had never practice yoga before moving to La Crosse, and the minute I walked into Palm + Pine I immediately felt at ease and welcomed into their community. From their various forms of classes, intentional instructors, and amazing members, everyone has a place at this studio! From someone who had never practiced before, I learned, laughed, and truly loved my experiences Palm + Pine! Thank you to all the wonderful people I spent time and sweat a lot with :) !!
So grateful to have Palm + Pine as my neighborhood studio (just a few blocks away) but even if I had to travel I would be a member. The studio is an inclusive, body-positive, trauma-informed space and the community is awesome. Like others have shared here, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, but are also just kind, down-to-earth humans who clearly find joy and purpose in what they do. Classes are challenging but offer lots of options for folks who are new to yoga, or returning after a hiatus, or recovering from an illness. All are welcome.
I have been in yoga for 17 years. Kat, Kaitlin and Barb are the best instructors I have had. I am a snow bird and always look forward to coming back to palm & pine. These girls are extremely knowledgeable. All the instructors are good. These 3 are exceptional. This is the place you want to get a membership at
