The entire Carriage house was like a little bit of luxury in old-towne Wisconsin. The spa space was incredible and so comfortable. Definitely the best spa I have ever been to. Having 2 floors of amenities is so cool too! Would highly reccommend.

Dann at reception at the Carriage House is absolutely incredible. Outstanding service from check in to dinner reservations. We had been to all properties by the company and we wanted to finish our night at the Wisconsin room for dinner because it was highly recommended to us. Upon getting there we were told we cannot be sat due to short staffing issues. We went back to Carriage House and Dann personally walked over to the other property to secure us a spot for dinner. Absolutely incredible service. We had a really long day and Dann turned everything around for us. Not once but multiple times. We will be back because of him!!

Best service in North America. Our Tesla didn’t have a key for the valet. The valet took my phone to park our car in charge and return phone to my room. Highly recommend for a getaway
