“Had a massage for the first time with Heather. The massage room itself is clean and no weird smells. Bed is comfortable and toasty warm and she used some heat pads on the back which was nice. Dimly lit room. At the beginning she is thorough to ask what you'd like to focus on. I like the convenience of booking online through the MassageBook website.

A few tweaks could take this experience to 5 stars: - You walk through a breakroom kitchen to get to the massage room. Felt a little awkward. I'd suggest hanging a curtain to make a hallway to block that off so it's not open to the public. - Suggest quieter music or more soundproof walls if that's the reason it was so loud. We were jamming lol. - Lastly, I suggest asking how the pressure is a couple times throughout. It's nerve wrecking to ask for more pressure or less without being prompted in my experience.
