I am new to Massage Envy. The staff knocked it out of the park for me! Heather was terrific and helpful when she took my call. Told me there were appointments on Sunday. No one in MI takes appointments on Sunday. Amber was incredible when I arrived. Explained everything to me. Answered my questions when I misunderstood what she was explaining. She is a terrific asset to the front desk. Great people skills! An amazing personality. I felt very welcome and worthy of her time. My massage therapist, Kyle, is fantastic! His deep tissue techniques are The absolute best! But Kyle also is extremely dedicated and has been working even after recently going through emergency gal bladder surgery!! He is the best!! Merry Christmas!

I am leaving a new review, as the company went out of their way to make things right with my husband and I after a not-so-great appointment conflict. We truly appreciate the quick response from the manager!! I went in today for my massage and it was amazing. I have a facial scheduled in two weeks as well, and can’t wait! Thank you again to Massage Envy for everything!
