I have been struggling with severe back pain for a few weeks. I had been to urgent care and was diagnosed with a sprained back muscle. It kept flaring back up so I decided to see a chiro. I got a good checkup and confirmed it was a muscle issue. I got an adjustment, electrical stimulation, and some stretches. All of which helped a ton.
