Called and they scheduled the same day working with my schedule. She showed up, very knowledgeable and explained everything. Definitely would recommend. Landed up just being the thermostat but she made sure everything was working properly.

I replaced an old furnace and a/c with a heat pump and new furnace and the price was good to me and the service was also. When I called to check status update for installation, they were very up on the process, because it involved the new federal rebates. Thanks to the guys who did all the work and cleaned up nice.

Matt came out and felt the problem we were experiencing was probably more of a plumbing issue and suggested contacting a plumber. He also made some suggestions as to maybe remedy the problem without a plumber. I was not charged and am happy with the suggestions made. I would definitely contact Kenosha heating in the future.
