This is my second time calling Home Heating and Cooling. I did not write a review the first time but now I'm going to make up for that now. I had to call them this summer for my AC. They did an excellent job. They explained to me the the exact issue. They also gave me advice to prevent my issue from coming back. They fixed what was broken and did not try to upsell me. I really appreciate the honesty.This weekend my heat went out. I called and Again I was provided with excellent customer service. I was able to call on a weekend and setup an appointment Monday. They were right on time and very professional. I highly recommend them and always call them first.Thank you

Tim came out on a Sunday on one of the coldest days of the year. They were super busy with calls, but he arrived very quick and had the problem resolved and my heat working again within minutes. Pricing was very reasonable even for an emergency call on a Sunday. I have used this company several times now and have had a wonderful experience everytime. Highly recommend!!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Tim’s services and he’s been incredible to work with. Extremely responsive, professional, very clear on what he’d be doing, and very reasonable and competitive cost. I needed him during both a no cool situation and again with a no heat situation and both times he got us taken care of same day. Can’t say enough good about Tim and his services. Outstanding!!!
