Jen was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to assist me, a walk-in with an issue with her cane.The bottom of the cane has a rubber piece, and it wore right out this morning. Well, I've had mine since 2008. . And I had 2 options1- Replace the rubber bottom piece OR2- Get a new cane.We couldn't get the old rubber piece off, and the other replacements looked either too big or too small.So, I found this really "me" cane and just bought it. It wasn't expensive under $35 with tax and without a script.Jen, Thank You for all your wonderful help! I love my new cane!

It is rare to hear that someone looks forward to the caregivers and therapists that came to my home, but I did. They were all conscientious, dedicated group. Thank you all for your encouragement, help and understanding.
