I love the staff at the Janesville location. Dannie and Jenn handle problems with our accounts. Will and Trey are outstanding making special deliveries to solve issues. Will and Trey set up skills are amazing. They patiently instruct you with equipment and don't leave until you understand. Will made time to set me up on CPAP and guided me through all the steps to be successful. We really appreciate all of them. They are very compassionate about their jobs.

Lin Care is the best! Great service, great staff, awesome phone people! I’ve been dealing with Lin Care for about 5 years now and I have always had terrific service! I live in Wisconsin, but they have assisted me in other states too! Great that they are nation wide! Keep up the great service Lin Care!!

I wanted to let you know I received my new ResMed AirSense11 CPAP machine today along with supplies for my old ResMed 9 Cpap machine. Since, I cannot use everything received in the future, Do I return them? Exchange them? Where? Will future orders for supplies reflect my new ResMed AirSense11 machine? I realize that there was a delay because of the problem Phillips Cpap machines caused. I wish that my new ResMed machine was set up and ready for use, like my old one was at the Janesville location instead of being sent directly to me
