I had a leaky water heater & had planned on having it replaced by a business I used previously. At the recommendation of several friends, I contacted E & D. The receptionist took my contact details. Within two hours, owner Dan returned my call, stating that he could come assess the situation by early afternoon. Shortly before he was to arrive, the receptionist contacted me, letting me know that Dan would be unavailable. Asking if, as an alternative, if she could send his nephews, Daniel & Sam, to which my permission was given. I received a call from Sam, at my request, informing me of the fact that they were on their way & shortly thereafter they arrived at my residence. Upon their arrival, they assessed the situation, to determine water heater was not repairable & needed replacement. I was told that they could schedule it for the following day. Sam asked me if I had towels he could use to clean up the water leak on the floor by the water heater. I told him where he could find what he needed. When he returned from the basement, I asked him if he was able to clean up the leak & he said they would be the ones installing the new water heater, & that they were available, so they would install it while they were here. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered same day service. I assumed that they would have to schedule the instillation. While Sam left to retrieve the new water heater, Daniel disassembled the old one. Upon Sam's return, the new water heater was installed in an hour. Even with the five percent discount I was quoted from the other business I had previously considered, E& D offered a less costly price. Which actually included the cost of the new water heater, two updated valves, instillation, labor, & disposal of the old one. To their credit, E & D didn't charge for a service call to assess the situation. Where the other business I considered charges $99 to come out even if they don't do a repair. I found the fact that E & D were so accommodating to resolve the issue with the same day service, as proof of their outstanding business practices. Regarding quality service at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend them.
