Friendly staff and Dr. Reddy was very compassionate, caring and explained everything that needed to be done. I was given a clear explanation of what my insurance would cover and given different options for my situation. I appreciated that there was no pressure and decisions left to me. Excellent service. Been going to County Line Dental for over 10 years,never an issue. Doc and Angela are very careing and professional.Jill is charge of billing,and believe me, if I get a bill?, which is seldom, it would be ftom Jill !!! (Lol)
Excellent customer service and dental care at every level in this dental office/practice!! For me, a quality dentist is a huge must because of all the dental work I have had to have through the years. During Covid my trusted dentist retired and I quit looking for a new dentist until problems with my teeth stated up again. Everyone I have had contact with at this clinic has been helpful, welcoming and they are a dedicated team to quality care. Plus, they are right here in Germantown!
