Friendly staff and Dr. Reddy was very compassionate, caring and explained everything that needed to be done. I was given a clear explanation of what my insurance would cover and given different options for my situation. I appreciated that there was no pressure and decisions left to me. Excellent service. Excellent customer service and dental care at every level in this dental office/practice!! For me, a quality dentist is a huge must because of all the dental work I have had to have through the years. During Covid my trusted dentist retired and I quit looking for a new dentist until problems with my teeth stated up again. Everyone I have had contact with at this clinic has been helpful, welcoming and they are a dedicated team to quality care. Plus, they are right here in Germantown!
