We have been customers of Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning for over 30 years. During this time, Schneider has provided us with outstandig service in two of our homes. Several weeks ago our boiler blew a gasket, which we did not notice at all since it was still heating our home. Fortunately we had a home inspection done, and when the inspector showed us the damage, we were flabbergasted. It was pure luck the inspector was here since this was a potential dangerous situation.We called Schneider right away and they responded immediately. We've recently had a lot of work done to improve our HVAC system including the air conditioner, furnace, humidifier, air purification system and duct cleaning. Schneider's did a great job on all the services! Friendly office staff, awesome technicians. Highly recommend.

We had a gas leak and were told we would have to wait 3-4 days before they would turn our gas back on. Nick, who was on call with Schneider that night, went far above and beyond, so cheerfully and respectfully, changing our frustration into relief. He saved us from having to spend hundreds of dollars on space heaters and eating out. We are new to the area, and this was our first HVAC experience here. We'll call Schneider first from now on!
