Shelly did my eyeliner back in 2010ish, and she was amazing! I’m not super flashy, so I wanted something subtle, and she made sure it was not “over the top.” She showed me samples and let me speak to other women who she had worked on, so I could get a feel for how it would look. It was not painful- she does great with the numbing agent.
Abut a decade later I went back to have my eyeliner touched up and again, Shelly did not disappoint!
I have referred many friends/family to Shelly and they are all pleased with her work as well.

oh my goodness! Shelly is AMAZING! I had permanent eyeliner done nearly 3 months ago....I never imagined I would love it this much! She is very professional and explains everything SO well! It took a little getting used to at first, but I am so happy I finally did this! Honestly, the pain wasn't that bad and the results SO worth it! Shelly is the best! Do it!!! You won't regret it!
