“Shelly did my eyeliner back in 2010ish, and she was amazing! I’m not super flashy, so I wanted something subtle, and she made sure it was not “over the top.” She showed me samples and let me speak to other women who she had worked on, so I could get a feel for how it would look. It was not painful- she does great with the numbing agent.<br>Abut a decade later I went back to have my eyeliner touched up and again, Shelly did not disappoint!<br>I have referred many friends/family to Shelly and they are all pleased with her work as well.<br>I just scheduled to have my eyebrows done, and I’m looking forward to it! 💃”
