“Yesterday was my 1st experience with Elements in Motion. I have been wanting to take a Pilates class on a reformer for quite awhile but have always felt intimidated to try it. From the minute you walk through the door you feel welcomed. Dr. Kacie explained the reformer to me before the class began. I quickly realized I’ve wasted so much time not trying this. The class was amazing!!!! With each movement we performed we received instruction and Dr. Kacie’s watchful eye making sure we were moving our bodies properly. I appreciated the knowledge and professionalism that I received. I can’t wait to go back!!!!”
