Lucas is great at what he does! After a few short weeks, I am already feeling stronger. He works with my goals and knows the best exercises to help me achieve those without further aggravating my degenerative disc disease.
Lucas has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to hep me reach my specific goals. He utilizes a detailed approach to nutrition and fitness plans and has exceeded my expectations. He is an excellent motivator and responds to messages quickly. His approach to fitness and health is fun and he incorporates a lot of variety into the sessions - no chance to get bored!
