After waking up to water in most of our first floor, we were at a loss at what to do. A friend suggested we contact Emergency Disaster Recovery INC. We called them and they were great from the start. We called on Sunday and someone actually answered the phone. We get approval from our insurance carrier to start the mitigation and EDR was out on Monday and started to dry out our home and remove water damaged flooring, baseboard, trim and walls. Love them. I can't thank them enough. I was overwhelmed with the damage to my basement and Joe and Mitch were patient and kind and they worked hard on helping me recover what I could. Kyle in the office worked with my insurance company on my claim.
We have used Emergency Disaster Relief twice in one month due to 2 separate floods occurring at our house. Kyle Miller and his team are absolutely fantastic. I first met him 45 minutes after 2 floors of my house flooded. I was in an absolute panic and he assured me they would help us through the incident.
