We get approval from our insurance carrier to start the mitigation and EDR was out on Monday and started to dry out our home and remove water damaged flooring, baseboard, trim and walls. Joe, Mitch, Kyle and Ron explained each step of what was going to happen and when. The team did quality repairs after mitigation. We were happy with the work and the cost was reasonable.
