“I bought a home in 2023 with a leaky foundation - any amount of rain or snow melt lead to a continuous flow of water coming in. I reached out to several contractors and all suggested re-waterproofing and installing a sump crock & pump. When Jayme with AFS came over he recognized my home was close to 60 years old and has lasted this long without a sump pump. He was insistent I did not need a sump pump and only needed new exterior drain tile and re-waterproofing. He even guaranteed his proposal for 20years. I ultimately hired AFS to do the job and have been very pleased! His work withstood the recent 12” rainstorm with not a drop of water in my basement! I highly recommend them to anyone with foundation issues!“

He was very helpful and easy to work with. He answered every phone call and questions we had. His crew of 4 guys were great. They were always on time and were obviously experts at their job. We had a few change orders along the way that mostly involved some additional rotted wood that was not detectable prior to starting the job. The crew fixed everything and J&J Contracting charged a very fair price for the extra work. We are 100% satisfied with our roof project. We hope to have them reside our home next year.“

We are to the point of sanitization. The mitigation crew of Rosario, Erika, Darling, Rosie, Luis, Douglas and Ana spent the day sanitizing and cleansing the entire basement. Floor, walls, ceiling. It is truly the cleanest it has ever been! This team works together like a well oiled machine! Everyone seem to have a role and know what to do. This efficiency proved effective in handling the entire job in one day. “in 2020 they redid my 2nd floor bathroom. It had things for the original build from the 60s. They did a great job on the bathroom. We ran into something weird with the design of my house and some shelves in shower area but they worked with us on an alternative which worked out.

Overall they did a good , no real gotcha on this job. Communication was great and I would use them again.“
