Bath Planet of Milwaukee has received positive reviews for their efficient and professional service. Customers highlight the excellent communication, with timely updates from the crew. The installation process, including tub removal and shower installation, is completed quickly, often within a day. Reviewers appreciate the knowledgeable sales team, including Justin and Julie, who guide customers through the process and explain everything clearly. The skilled installers, such as Chip and his crew, are noted for their friendliness and professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. While there have been some hiccups regarding orders and follow-up, overall, customers are very satisfied with their beautiful new bathrooms. Many recommend Bath Planet for their quality work and competitive pricing.
I can recommend Bath Planet without hesitation. Everyone with whom we dealt was professional and genuinely concerned with our complete satisfaction. We had a tub to shower conversion done on one of our rentals. The tub was discolored plastic and beyond old. From demo to install, everything was as expected. The only hiccup was the city inspector. Apparently plumbing inspections can take many days to sometimes weeks to get done and can really hold up progress. It took an extra few days because of that. Otherwise, love the end result!

I love my new shower! Julie was incredible and made the drive up to Appleton for a consultation. She made the process of designing my new shower super easy and helped me customize it to my needs. Chip and his coworker were very mindful of my living space upon install and asked all the right questions to ensure that their install matched what I wanted.

Brian and Evan were the installers of our new shower install. They were very professional and personable besides. They did a great job and we are delighted with the results. They made sure all of our fixtures and floor were covered to prevent any damage to our home. My wife and I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone.
