“Bob had come the next day & they gave me a quote quickly. Bob told me that he was about 1 week behind on doing the work. I had a Front Big Window repaired. The Window sills were cracked. We also had the back door repaired. The Rough section around the door was gapped & he repaired the door & all we had to do was stain that area. He also adjusted the Screen door. It was sticking. I will hire them again. I have another small project for them to do.“

“This company really has top-tier customer service! Last week, we booked an appointment to have our windows looked at because we had a draft coming in and had trouble locking them. Their amazing Service Manager, Steve, came today and not only fixed our problem, he also shared with us what caused it and tips to ensure it wouldn't happen again. We had our bay window installed by WASCO over 20 years ago and they had no problem finding us in their system. They were quick to honor their lifetime warranty on parts (we did need some). You'd think we'd have to wait (or be ignored like many companies do) as our service call wasn't a money-maker for them (no new installation). Not the case at all. We were given the same priority as new customers receive. The kind employee in the office scheduled our service visit right away. Steve arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He worked hard to ensure the windows operated properly (we had contributed to the problem but he was professional and only shared what was helpful to us). Steve also had me test the operation of the windows to ensure that I was happy with the results ... no cutting corners with this guy!“

“We took bids from several companies in the Milwaukee area. Lee was the representative from Tiltin Windows and Doors. He completely explained the process and the products they had to offer. He offered advice and a wealth of knowledge for our project. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just professionalism.
Tiltin Windows and Doors were able accommodate all our needs. 24 windows and 5 doors. The other companies could not or would not install the glass block window in the basement, would not install an odd sized door on the garage and wouldn’t install screen doors on our upper porch doors, stating they were off sized doors. Tiltin took care of all of this!
Javier, the owner, came out and remeasured all the doors and windows, offered advice on better ways on better options. On the day of installation his team got to work, including Javier. They were efficient, professional and very courteous. His employees are not contractors, they work exclusively for the company. Jarid and Armonie took their time, measured twice and installed everything to our satisfaction.
The products offered by all the companies that gave us bids seemed to be from the same Amish company in Indiana. Tiltin Windows and Doors beat the next closest bid by $22,000 and complete items the other companies wouldn’t do for us. Lifetime transferable warranty to boot.
