Working and then rushed to make a phone call before generations closed just to be pushed to the after hours calls was extremely disappointing. If the calls in Que before closing hours I feel the office should accept those calls. Especially when medical bills can be as much as our house payments and for some as much as their home. If it was government run I would expect this but it’s for profit organizations. Also with the model anyone probable could not want to take calls towards the end of the day on purpose if all calls in Que go to a call center for after calls. ?“
