Patients appreciate the amazing support from doctors and nurses, especially during challenging times, such as pregnancy. The inviting atmosphere, highlighted by features like a fireplace in the ultrasound and waiting rooms, adds to the overall positive experience. Dr. Melissa is noted for her bright demeanor, excellent listening skills, and caring nature, making patients feel secure and well cared for in this clinic.
This place could be wonderful, but they need to improve in a few areas. I love my PCP Melissa Mcadden, she has seen me since I was a child and has always been wonderful and willing to refer me to different departments.
However, the front desk staff are not helpful. I had a situation this past week where I needed a medication refilled, and when I called to request I was told my message would be passed along. Into the next week I hadn't heard anything, so I called back. I was then told that a nurse would soon contact me, which didn't happen. I had to message through MyChart to finally be heard. I called prior to the office closing but ended up on hold and got the after hours call center at 5:08. Working and then rushed to make a phone call before generations closed just to be pushed to the after hours calls was extremely disappointing. If the calls in Que before closing hours I feel the office should accept those calls. Especially when medical bills can be as much as our house payments and for some as much as their home. If it was government run I would expect this but it’s for profit organizations. Also with the model anyone probable could not want to take calls towards the end of the day on purpose if all calls in Que go to a call center for after calls....read full review
Every single person that I dealt with throughout my last pregnancy at this location was simply amazing. I had a very challenging pregnancy and the drs and nurses always went above and beyond to help
