Next month will be my 5th year at the VDZ location.

Do I have annoying neighbors? Only one, but that's apartment living!

How long does it take to get things fixed? Usually it's within the same day, if not within an hour. It's actually rare for me to call them and this place was constructed before I was born. Today, I called about my wall unit ac being broken and it was replaced within the hour. The new unit is also an upgrade. The maintenance employees are always polite.

The property is kept immaculate all seasons tho I wish we had a shared location in the wooded area for recreation/grilling.

It's a very nice, affordable (as it gets anyways) place to live! I lived there well over a year with no complaints. Everyone is very friendly. Has a decent 1 stall personal garage. It's outdated with original carpet and stuff but its still very clean living, with a large variety of ages living there also. Put a little privacy film on the patio doors if you want to be comfortable!

So Murphy took over management at our complex in late March. Honestly, I was afraid it was going to be terrible after reading these reviews. So not the case! They did inspections and I think Keith Brown did them. He was very thorough and nice! A few weeks ago, our fridge started making noises. Called Murphy and within 10 minutes maintenance called me. Hardly had to describe the noise before the guy knew the issue. The whole process from phone call to fix was less than an hour! Everybody so far when I've called has been super nice and helpful. Thank you Murphy for doing a great job so far!
