“I don’t know where the negative comments come from. They must not be the one on Voyager. The people there were friendly, timely, helpful, and knew how to take care of my issue. BTW if you have a co-pay it’s almost always paid upfront. Waiting at a medical facility is just a given. Things happen with the previous patient and they can’t always “be on time.”“

“Normally, wait times aren’t too long but today I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. No explanation. No apology. A one minute appointment to remove stitches. It seems they could have squeezed me in much sooner or at least given a reasonable explanation why that didn’t happen.
I got a call from an administrator with a sincere apology for what happened. I feel much better after our conversation. Changing my rating as a result.“
