I was very apprehensive about my appointment because I have had a few bad experience at different places. When I got into the exam room the nurse was very nice and did all the info stuff and then went to get the Dr. He came in and greeted me and said I can tell you have a few problem areas. Which I did cause it was on my face. I explained my apprehension and some of the bad things that had happened to me. He explained that if I had problems with him please let him know and we would address it. He diagnosed many spots and what needed to be done.
