Today’s experience was very positive. We were given an appointment and the wait time was reasonable. The examination was very thorough and complete. Anna answered questions carefully and provided good solutions to concerns. Good patient care!!!
Normally, wait times aren’t too long but today I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. No explanation. No apology. A one minute appointment to remove stitches. It seems they could have squeezed me in much sooner or at least given a reasonable explanation why that didn’t happen.
I got a call from an administrator with a sincere apology for what happened. I feel much better after our conversation. Changing my rating as a result.
