Positive experience. Receptionist walks you through the paperwork and online patient portal. A note card is given in case you forget to sign up within 24 hours.The PA Kate and nurse that I saw were very professional and courteous. I don't like being told when I'm being poked with a needle, so the nurse told me what to expect and complied with my request to go when she was ready. PA Kate took a sample and was super nice about me asking not to say when she was cutting. She faked me out, and before I knew it, the procedure was over.PA Kate clearly stated the care plan and made sure I agreed.

They were quick in and out for a doctors office. The place was very modern looking and clean. Staff was friendly and gave you their full attention. There's also plenty of parking.

First visit, overall skin check, first time. Very thorough and explained everything. Had a follow up check and all was well.They found cancer spots on my arm and went in for the removal. It was again explained well, Dr. Pape did a great job, and healed up great. When I called in with questions they were very helpful with answering. All in all, I recommend them and will continue to go yearly for the skin check.
