Writing this for my mom who lives in Denmark, WI. “On Tuesday, April 14 my husband and I baled out our flooded basement for 3 hours carrying 5 gallon pails up the basement steps. I looked up Water Damage Restoration and called CCS Property Service LLC. My husband said I wouldn’t get anyone at 3:00 AM in the morning. But Mike answered the phone and my questions. He called back every day to check on us and if we needed anything. Someone who actually cared. If you need help with your water restoration I suggest you call Mike!”
My husband and I noticed mold on a couple of different spots on a baseboard and outlet plugs that were below some windows. We remembered having a great experience from a few years back with Mike Wotruba at CCS about an issue we had going on in our basement, so we gave him a call right away. Mike responded to us extremely quickly and was at our house the next day to check things out. He immediately eased our mind about what was going on and gave us recommendations on how to resolve our issue. Highly, highly recommend. We have found Mike and CCS to have excellent customer service, communication and ethics.
