When I had an overflow issue in my basement two days before taking a lengthy vacation, they responded Very quickly. They did the estimate in the morning and completed the cleaning Before 2 PM. Very professional and very polite!

Diego was the lead on my case. If only all individuals in customer service would be like him. I can’t praise him enough for his politeness, attention to detail, timeliness, calling to make sure I was home for follow-ups, and listening to my concerns - all while doing a nasty job. His partner was great too.
This was my second time using ServiceMaster (both on holiday weekends) and they gave me prompt service. I highly recommend them and would try asking for Diego.

Both my husband and I wanted to give your entire staff of young adults who came into our home after our flood a big Thank You! Each of these individuals were incredibally kind, sincere and respectful! I honestly cannot say enough about how much that was noted and so appreciated! A special shout out to Diego, who was with us to the end our journey with Service Master! We realize how busy you all have been with the serious flooding in our local and distant communities and your team of individuals who go in to do the hard work are 2nd to none!!!
