Well, DARLING DENTAL IS NOT THAT. Darling Dental reminds me of when I was a kid and your dentist is your dentist. I had a filling from another provider fall out and didn't want to go back to that office. Enter Dr. Darling! He took great care in explaining what he was planning to do and why before, during and after the procedure. He and his hygienist worked together like true pros. “I thought I was calling Forward Dental in Bay Side to try to get in
to see a dentist about an infection in my implant that turned into an abscess. I got the run around for 4 days . They said a dentist would call me and also prescribe an antibiotic.
Nothing happened. I decided to go in person to Forward Dental in Bay Side to see why they were avoiding me. Come to find out that the calls I made went to the corporate office in Ill.
The wonderful..compassionate woman at the desk Qiara Rogers went above and beyond to get me in to see a dentist. If it weren’t for her my abscess could have burst . I will never forget her incredible customer service.
To find out that the corporate office never sent the office any information about my calls and an appointment that they gave me.
This was unacceptable. My health was in jeopardy. I will send a email to the corporate office.

“I’ve been dreading getting my wisdom teeth removed for easily 15 years because of the horror stories I’ve heard — and with 3 out of 4 teeth impacted, I was terrified. Making the decision to see Dr. O and his staff (GO KELLY - you’re the best!!) was by far the best decision I’ve ever made. From the moment I had my consultation, I felt at ease!

I needed two visits to get all my wisdom teeth removed because I thought I didn’t need sedation — boy, was I wrong. During the first appointment, I felt absolutely no pain when he removed the top two teeth (he got them both out in literally 1.5 minutes total!). But when it came to the bottom teeth, I had a full-blown anxiety attack from the pressure. Dr. O was incredibly calm and understanding, and he refused to proceed because I was so stressed. He closed me up and told me to come back for sedation.

Two weeks later, I returned to have the bottom teeth removed under sedation, and it was absolutely flawless! I wanted to walk out at least six times because of my anxiety, but his entire staff (AKA my girl Kelly!) was incredibly understanding, supportive, and motivated me to get it done. I’ve never been to a dental office where the entire team was so caring and attentive.

The procedures went much smoother and faster than I ever expected — and the best part? I experienced ZERO pain during & after both recoveries! I don’t know how Dr. O and his team does it, but they truly have a gift. I couldn’t think of a single bad thing to say about him or his staff.
