From being the bearer of bad news that the roof was worse than we thought, helping us navigate homeowners insurance and doing the roof in the first bitter cold we had this year. He was patient with us when we tried to get the roof damage approved through insurance. Surprise, raccoon damage was not covered but he took care of us nonetheless. He wasn’t pushy and talked us through all the options so we could understand all the options. Who would have known all shingle are not the same? A complete tear down, beam replacement, chimney tear down and roof replacement done in a week in the extreme temperatures. These guys were real troopers, one even wore a Santa hat which was fun for the season. Clean up was great, we haven’t found a single nail or staple which I was worried about for our dogs and tires.
