Everything was wonderful from start to finish! The women in the office were so kind and accommodating setting up a time for our appointment that worked with our crazy schedule. Garry, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful selecting what windows would work best. He gave us options and his expert opinion which was much appreciated. The install crew was on time, knowledgeable, super friendly and clean! They did an amazing job!! Window World even followed up to check in to see how everything was. Wow Window World knocked it out of the park. Their pricing was so competitive I was nervous there would be a catch, but there wasn’t (if you think their price is high get a few other quotes, you will see). We had them replace 13 windows, 1 door, and one patio sliding door. We did not plan to do all of this at once but the pricing allowed it. The old door and one of the old windows in particular were very drafty, and since today is unseasonably cold I can tell you already that problem is no more.A great recommend! Very professional. I was very impressed how fast installation went. All employees were very polite and cleaned up all and any mess afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace old windows.
