My job was definitely a big job and Bentz Electric handled it with ease! It was a full home remodel and Bentz Electric did an excellent job every step of the way. Graham was easy to work with, knowledgeable, communicated very well, and scheduled every phase of the job perfectly. I want to also mention John who was the electrician on site. Excellent customer service. Responsive to voicemail. Fair pricing. Highly recommend! We first called two other contractors we had worked with before re our concern that a malfunctioning bathroom fan could maybe pose an electrical fire hazard. Those contractors were not at all helpful over the phone. Graham called us back, addressed our immediate concern (coached us re unplugging the fan motor), and then put us on his "hot list" amid the holidays to work into the schedule. Our connection to Graham and Bentz Electric was based on a strong recommendation from a friend in Grafton. Bentz has our business, going forward.
