Why is it any of these Walmarts have phones because nobody ever answers them!!! I have called five different Walmarts different departments and still nobody answers the damn phone!!! Don’t have a phone if you’re not going to answer it ever and it’s like every time I call a Walmart I get no answer!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!

The fact that I have insurance or spend money on contacts when I’m running low on them, it’s a hassle getting a few extra or “trial” pairs from them until the order is in. I feel if you’re my eye doctor then what’s the issue. I’ve been with them over 8yrs. I will no longer support them. Thanks for the time.

Walmart in Greenfield, Wisconsin is absolutely the worst! The one star is for low priced frames. I chose two pairs of frames on my own while employee (Ray?)was busy with another customer. While I was browsing he greeted and asked a a different person if they needed help that had come in to look at frames 15 minutes after I did and who left a few minutes later without purchasing anything. Employee left the store without saying as much as a hello to me after finishing with his first customer. I was in the optical department for 35 minutes and never once did the male employee acknowledge me. Also overheard him telling his customer the ethnicity of each of his 3 employees...read full review
