“The massage was wonderful—clean, thorough, and professional. I truly enjoyed every minute of it.

The only issue was that I paid and tipped in advance, using a gift certificate and cash. After the massage, I was stopped at the door and asked for a tip, which surprised me since I had already paid. I explained the previous transaction, but the therapist mentioned she was new and then went on the phone, creating some communication barriers.

I hope she received her tip and was satisfied with it. She was an excellent massage therapist, and I wish for her to avoid making others feel uncomfortable or belittled after their sessions.“

“Long story short I wasn’t able to have one of my regular massages with Jacob, but I had shoulder pain so I went to another masseuse. There was no comparison. Jacob is so intuitive. He immediately can spot all the issues I had and needed rectifying Jacob‘s massage room is like a spa experience. Temperature controlled, quiet, soothing music, and even the table is heated. Jacob provides water or a soda upon completion. I don’t want to go anywhere else other than Oak Hill Massage and work with Jacob.“
