I have had close to 100 massages throughout my lifetime and Brian is easily the best masseuse I have worked with. He is thorough, adaptable and incredibly talented when it comes to finding the problem areas and providing relief. I was considering ending my Massage Envy membership when I moved up to Milwaukee from Florida, but Brian has convinced me otherwise and I will be coming to see him monthly like clockwork. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
My mom was my massage therapist for the past 20 years until she retired, so I was a little nervous finding a new place—but this one completely blew me away. From the warm, welcoming front desk staff to Nyssa’s expertise in massage therapy, everything was top-notch. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend—especially Nyssa!!
Update to add after first facial! Wow, what a perfect treat! Normally I am not huge on facials, prefer to jump straight to lasers but Kelsey is amazing. What a gentle touch! My skin is glowing and she did a fantastic job of telling me what she was doing and answering my questions but keeping to my direction of a quiet relaxing experience. No hard sell on products which I appreciated. For massage, John is awesome! I really like his calm and thoughtful energy and he gives a great massage with extra touches like hot towels. Very relaxing and I feel a great after. Already booked my next 2 massages!
